WINE OF THE MONTH
Fetească Neagră grapes were selected from the best vineyards and harvested manually in boxes once they reached optimum maturity; once at the cellar, they were first through a rigorous sorting process. The young wine was ripened in oak barrels for 12 months of maturing. Intense red, purple, with shades of purple. Fresh and generous with black berries, plum and bell pepper, plus a delicate white pepper and marzipan. We are greeted by the same black fruit and by the freshness of they tannins which are perfectly integrated into their softness with suave notes extracted from oak wood. Seasoned, alive and persistent. In order to fully enjoy its flavors, we recommend that you serve it at 16 Celsius degrees. This wines works very well with pork, lamb pastry, Mediterranean dishes or mature cheese.
